Schmatt Building is led by Matt Schaudin, a qualified builder with over 13 years of experience working on luxury homes and high-end residential projects. After years in the premium construction space, Matt established Schmatt Building to offer clients something straightforward: quality building work, clear communication, and a builder who is genuinely involved from start to finish.
This isn’t a large-volume company with sales teams and project managers. It’s a hands-on building business where the person you meet is the person who builds your project.
